The hotel and the rooms were excellent and met expectations, but the surprise was Caroline’s service; she was available and attentive to our needs at all times, making us feel at home.

The place was spotless and the two ladies were exceptional. We missed breakfast one day because our tour started too early, but they surprised us with snacks to take home the night before.

I was completely dissatisfied and would never stay here again; breakfast was a let‑down, starting at 8:00 am and turning out to be the worst I’ve seen at a hotel—very plain. I asked for scrambled eggs for myself and boiled eggs for my wife, only to receive a single scrambled egg for me and a single boiled egg for her. Moreover, the personal‑care items were not replenished properly. The only upside was that the location is an eight‑minute walk from the start of Caracoles street.
