Our stay at this resort was a mixed bag, with the location being a highlight - it offered stunning views of the backwaters and the sea from a secluded spot. The rooms were spacious and had a private pool, just as advertised. However, the air conditioning unit in our room made a constant noise, which was quite annoying. It was also clear that the resort was understaffed, with one person, Sumitha, trying to manage everything on her own.

I recently had a disastrous stay at this resort, which felt more like a budget-friendly option rather than a luxurious getaway. The location was isolated, and there were no nearby shops or restaurants, but the resort's own restaurant was also closed, forcing us to wait for over an hour and a half for food. The food itself was subpar and overpriced, and the lack of a landline system made it difficult to get assistance when we needed it.
