The location was peaceful, easy to find, and close to everything, and the bed was good.

The hotel’s layout is charming, with cute little cottages scattered around and beds that are very comfortable. However, there was no Wi‑Fi in our cottage room and the breakfast spread was quite limited.

The place looks nice, perhaps even better in winter. We had booked breakfast, which should have been served at the Manoir House, but that wasn’t marked on the map we received. We walked around all three on‑site venues where we were supposed to eat, but at 7:30 am everything was closed and we left without breakfast.

The breakfast was good and was served earlier than usual, which was very convenient. The room could have had a kettle.
