The location is lovely, and the place is clean and comfortable. Everything was fine.

The location is good and the place is quiet; it has everything you need. The only issue is the high dusting in the ensuite bathroom, with many spiders including a false widow; I understand countryside bugs are unavoidable, but clearing the cobwebs would improve the interior.

It’s cozy, very clean, and I appreciated the dishwasher and the small amenities that kept us tidy. The tea, coffee and sugar were a nice touch and gratefully received. I think having the lodge number visible at the front would help guests locate it better and enhance the overall experience. Small milk pods for tea/coffee would have been nice, as there’s nothing local to get supplies from, and would have complimented the tea and coffee that were already there.

I couldn’t find anything to fault about this accommodation; it was really clean and had everything you’d need. There was nothing I didn’t like; it was truly lovely.

The place was lovely and clean, with fresh bedding and towels, and I loved the secure decking for the dogs. It wasn’t the owners’ fault, but the weather was exceptionally hot and a few more fans would have helped.
