The people here are the nicest I’ve met in a hotel, very helpful; the beds were so comfortable and the covers amazing, and the hotel was spotless. We even had a tour of our room, which I loved—no complaints at all!

We booked just one night, which was fine, but when we arrived late the manager handed us a room we explicitly didn’t want after saying they had given ours away. The carpets were old and filthy, there were no Kleenex or cups, and ice was barely available. The rooms looked completely outdated, and the smell of whatever food was being cooked drifted through the whole place. The tiny lobby was cluttered with toys, there were no garbage cans outside, and the microwave was plugged into a table lamp. The old bedside clock was either wrong or broken.

The hostess was very nice and helped us sort out a problem, but I wish dogs were allowed.

The hotel sits in a lovely little town and the locals were very friendly.

I was totally disappointed 😔! I didn't like the customer service, the look of the interior, and the smell inside!
