The breakfast was wonderful, the staff were friendly, and the room was very nice. The walls were thin, so we could hear people in the next room.

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön Hotelmitarbeiter sind sehr hilfreich und nett Das essen war köstlich geschmacklich wirklich super. Vom Hotel der Mitarbeiter Guss der die Touren anbieten er hat uns abgezogen, er hat von uns Geld genommen hat eine Tour angeboten mit der Behauptung er wäre ein „Professioneller Tourguide“ hat uns aber nur zu ein paar Zielorten gefahren, hat sich nicht an die Abmachung gehalten, hat die Orte die wir sehen wollten nicht angefahren, hat nichts erklärt dafür eine Hohe Summe verlangt!! Als wir dann gesagt haben das wir nicht die volle Summe zahlen möchten wurde er dann laut und aggressiv - letztendlich mussten wir online selbst einen Tour buchen und erneut bezahlen- Achtung Abzocke!!! Das Hotel bietet keinen Buffet an sondern nur Ala Cart, das heisst wir müssten über die Karte unser Essen bestellen, dabei durften wir 1 x mal was herzhaftes und 1 mal was süsses bestellen, die Portionen sind jedoch extrem klein und sobald man eine 2 Portion möchte musste man extra bezahlen!! Das Essen im Hotel war wirklich köstlich und geschmacklich wirklich in Ordnung Die Sauberkeit in den Zimmer ist auch nicht gut, wir mussten täglich mehrmals die Zimmerreinigung anrufen und unser Zimmer erneut reinigen lassen, der Boden war so dreckig das meine Weissen strümpfe komplett schwarz waren

We had a fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, making us feel very comfortable throughout our visit. The location was perfect – close to the centre of Ubud, yet peaceful and quiet. The food was delicious, and the team was very accommodating when we needed our meals to go. A special highlight was the lovely birthday surprise they prepared for me in my room. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made my birthday even more special! The included massage was also very relaxing. Although we only stayed for two nights, we truly enjoyed our time here. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so lovely. We would happily recommend this place! 💕 Everything was fine :)
