You can prepare a tasty breakfast yourself in the kitchen. Overall, the value for money is great, and communication with the host is exemplary. Even our missing charger was found and the host got in touch. They’re honest, which was a pleasant surprise. I’ve stayed here before and will likely return. Everything fits, thank you.

The bathroom is large and nice, and the bed slept well. The apartment is very beautiful… The only downside is that there was only one key.

The host’s treatment of us was extremely unpleasant. We had booked two nights for two people, but the second night we were three. I had already left a voluntary €10 on the table. The host immediately started shouting at us, calling us liars, claiming that “that’s how it’s done in Germany,” and repeatedly remarked that we weren’t German or didn’t speak fluent German. He filmed us, threatened police, and demanded an extra €25, which I paid without argument. When we left, he also photographed our car. The situation escalated unnecessarily. I’ve booked many accommodations and stayed in numerous places, but I’ve never experienced such hostile treatment from a host.

Good, affordable accommodation. A tavern is right next door, and the center of Eisenhüttenstadt is within walking distance.
