Everything was fine—cleanliness and service were good. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable and the bed squeaked. A towel was missing from the bathroom.

I asked to check in earlier because the event we were attending was close by but early, and they let me into the room ahead of schedule. The room was spacious—friends staying at another hotel, ONE, said they were only sleeping because they had claustrophobia, so this place was a relief. Parking was available and the staff were very attentive. I’m not sure what to say about the negatives… 🤷🏽♀️
