“I was exhausted. It was not a good nights sleep. Location good nice resturants nearby.”

The view was gorgeous and the room was clean, but the headboard was beat up, the blankets were thin and not fluffy or cozy, and I was freezing while my husband was comfortable. At 1:00 a.m. there were no extra blankets in the closet/armoire, so I used towels as blankets. I love sleeping in complete darkness, yet the night light under the bathroom mirror and the translucent bathroom doors let light through, making the room feel bright like Alaska. After a full day organizing my daughter's wedding I was exhausted, and considering it was a Hilton, I was very disappointed; it wasn't worth the money—it was expensive.

“Great Place”

It certainly is the best hotel in Norfolk. The staff was really friendly and helpful and the facilities were exceptional

The room is great, very clean, with an excellent bed and bathroom; the amenities are excellent, and the restaurant, concierge, and valet are outstanding. Brunch was excellent, and the staff—from front desk to valet to bartenders to the people making omelettes and waffles—was superb.

“Great stay at a beautiful hotel!”

The place was gorgeous—spotlessly tidy and roomy. The only hiccup was that other rooms had chairs while ours didn't.
