Lovely buillding and the restaurant below it is wonderful with charming staff however this is separate business to the flats above. The room was clean and location is good. No linen on the duvets found in the cupboard which were needed for sleeping. Photos deceiving and room smaller. Advertised high speed wifi and cable.tv - neither working despite a massive 5G antenae on top of roof which i was rather disturrbed to see when we left (although apparently safe to sleep under). Lightbulb gone on side lamp. Light for kitchenette hidden behind cupboard only found when later shown The room was advertsed with x2 single beds, sofa bed and double bed and sofa bed but was actually 1 double, one single and small sofa bed When i called owner to simple ask politely re tv and wifi, light etc (especially as rather expensive) - i found him to be completely unempathetic and rather rude. He did however come over quite swiftly re lights and was polite

The kitchen was well equipped, the location was good, there was parking, the self‑check‑in was comfortable, and the contact was friendly. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke because a previous guest apparently smoked illegally; we were too tired to complain and just informed the host so it wouldn’t be blamed on us. The host said he would have offered us another room if we had called, which I believe. He was disappointed that smoking was happening in violation of the rules. My advice is to remind the cleaners to mention the smoke smell to the host. We still slept well and would come back anytime.

The apartment size was okay, and the kitchen corner was fine, but it was under‑equipped.
