We had a reservation for a Saturday paying 86 euros – we arrived and, no matter how many times we knocked, nobody answered, so we had to circle and ask. A customer from the café next door – I searched for “a la madre” who was in another café – finally opened the door and gave us the room, which was a tiny room for two people with one unacceptable pillow (because other guests left the key for the room that belonged to us). The location is unbeatable, but the facilities are disappointing… cleanliness was good, staff attention was “a lovely mother”… the quality‑price ratio did not justify the 86 euros paid.

The owner arrived fairly quickly when we got there, and the bikes were stored safely; however, the property was dirty and there was nothing open nearby for dinner or breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and flexible with requests, and the location was ideal; the housekeeping could improve, the complimentary toilet paper ran out and no spare was in the room, and the sheets and towels were very old.
