This ryokan was a real treat - the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the free snacks and drinks in the lounge were a nice bonus. Plus, they had a great selection of onsen options to choose from. I'd definitely recommend it.

This place was a real gem - the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for getting to the ski field and village. I stayed in a traditional Japanese room and the views of the village were stunning. The hotel itself was lovely, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

I was really impressed with this ryokan - the onsen was great, the staff were super hospitable, and the free milk and coffee service in the lounge was a nice touch. The room was huge and comfortable, and they even served the famous Zao beef for dinner, which was delicious. Overall, it was a great stay.

The room was huge and the views from the window were beautiful, and the welcome treats were delicious - the chocolate milk was a particular highlight. The front desk staff were also really friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that dinner was a bit slow to arrive, but breakfast was fine. Overall, it was a great stay.
