Everything was perfect: the staff were always ready to assist, everything was very clean and tidy, the bathroom was spacious and fully equipped, and despite being on a busy street the double‑glazed windows kept the noise down. The breakfast was always fresh and varied, so I’ll definitely return to this hotel if I go back to Venice.

The location is fantastic, the staff are friendly and pleasant, and from the airport you can catch a bus in 20 minutes, then a tram to Venice in 15 minutes – the staff explain it all clearly, which is wonderful. The only downside was the bed, which was very uncomfortable; that’s the only thing that needs changing, otherwise everything is great.
