The room and hotel itself were actually pretty good - clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. But the breakfast situation was a bit of a mess. It's not included in the price, which is fine, but they don't even offer it as an option, which is a bit weird. You have to pay extra for it, which is a bit of a hassle.

The hotel's location is a major plus, being close to the marine drive makes it super convenient. However, I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness, which could be improved upon. It's not a deal-breaker, but I did notice some areas that could use a bit more attention.

I'm still trying to figure out how this place managed to stay in business. The room was a disaster, with stains on the carpet and a bathroom that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me, and the whole experience was just a mess from start to finish.

The hotel's location is fantastic, it's right in the heart of things. However, I was a bit miffed that there wasn't a restaurant on site, which made me have to venture out for meals.
