“Très chouette séjour bucolique”
A very nice cottage, peaceful and in the middle of nature. The bucolic setting is tucked into the Petite Veyle. The property is shared with the owners, who have a pool and plenty of playthings for young children (trampoline, swing, sandbox.). My 3‑year‑old son helped Robert tend the garden and the chicken coop and he loved it. The rooms are spacious and a fold‑away bed is available if needed. Chantal and Robert are very pleasant hosts who go out of their way to make our stay as smooth as possible. We were bitten by a lot of mosquitoes, which somewhat ruined our first nights; we had to sleep with the windows closed in the hot weather, which was unbearable in the children's room. Thankfully the mosquito repellent in the outlets worked well later on, but it would be better to install nets to avoid chemicals for the kids. One small note: the pool is great but not safe for little ones playing in the garden.
