I booked a room with a balcony through the platform, but we ended up in a room without one. I called the lady running the pension, and within 15 minutes she swapped our room for the balcony one. The accommodation was nice and clean, located in a great spot. Breakfast was excellent, and we could dine on a terrace with a garden. The only thing I’d suggest is adding more sweet pastries to the selection. The woman who ran the pension—maybe the owner—was very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The staff, including the receptionists, are also very welcoming. Be careful when booking through that platform, as the room description may differ from what you actually receive.
