“Comfortable Stay with Kids and Dog”

The location is fantastic, surrounded by a beautiful forest and within walking distance to the cable car, ice arena, shopping, and restaurants. The hotel is dog‑friendly and family‑friendly, with a clean pool and sauna at comfortable temperatures. Bathrobes and pool towels can be requested at the front desk. Downstairs there are table tennis, billiards, and other games for older kids, plus a playroom next to the main dining room for younger ones. The staff were kind and helpful. Unfortunately, there is no refrigerator in the rooms and the hotel restaurant only offers a pricey dinner buffet, not an à la carte menu.

“Eine tolle Urlaubswoche mit Wellness und Natur!”

A very nice hotel with friendly staff and a great wellness area, centrally located in Braunlage and a good starting point for excursions. The breakfast was excellent, leaving no wishes unfulfilled. The bed for two people was too narrow for a week‑long stay. It would be great if there were a way to make tea or coffee in the room. Asking for housekeeping or laundry at the reception is environmentally friendly, but the trash bin should be emptied automatically each day for hygiene reasons. Dinner was expensive, and the daily wellness pass didn’t bring any benefits—what a pity!

“Istandsat reception/restaurant. Sengene på værelserne er enormt dårlige.”

The reception and restaurant are nicely set up, but I really hope they’ll look into the poor quality of the beds, which is a real let‑down. The beds are extremely bad, constantly creaking and noisy whenever you turn, and you can even hear the bad beds in the neighboring rooms.
