The location is exceptional. The room was very beautiful and we thank the team for the lovely surprise for our wedding anniversary waiting in the room upon arrival. Cleanliness, services, team and breakfast are top. We will return for our next stay in Venice. Nothing.

Location unbeatable, near all major attractions and transport. Staff helpful and friendly, arrival by water taxi extra special.

The staff were amazing and the room was stunning, especially the huge bathroom—absolutely loved it, our favourite stay on the trip, and we’ll definitely return. They even offered a free tour to the Morano glass factory. Nothing negative, it was wonderful.

I absolutely love the location of this hotel; the staff are super professional, welcoming, and perfectly suited to the hotel. The room could have been a bit larger, but that’s Venice! Breakfast was exceptional. I’d easily come back or recommend it. The only downside was the cheaper taxi to reach the hotel—Venice water taxis can be a real ripoff, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.
