localização. inundação não sanada do chuveiro, defeito não sanado mesmo diante de 4 reclamações;; torneira de água quente do lavabo que estava e permaneceu emperrada, apesar de 4 reclamações; restaurante com comida ruim; o hotel fez dois bloqueios, um de 11 mil reais e outro de 15 ,mil reais, quando as diárias somaram 21.828,45 reais e não fizeram a compensação no checkout e até o momento não tive solução. Em suma, cobrou o preço de um 5 estrelas e ofereceu um serviço 3 estrelas
