Good access to tube and bus services and easy to find in a great location for local amenities. It was fine for one night; the room was extremely clean with a very comfortable bed and the bonus of air‑con in the room. Tea and coffee facilities were a nice touch. Secure entry to the property and room. Prompt response from staff. The bathroom was a little dated.

Nothing. The place was dirty and unhygienic; I can only advise everyone against staying there. How can one call such a place a “hotel”? The shower drain doesn’t work, and I’ve rarely seen anything worse than this shack. The only good thing is the bus station right in front of the building. The advertised swan towels are a pure illusion. It’s a shame that this trip to London ended with such a negative impression.

There’s hardly anything positive to say. The place isn’t a hotel at all—no reception, no facilities, no air‑conditioning, and the room on the third floor was sweltering. I booked three nights, the owner agreed to refund two, but the situation was completely unlivable.
