The price was reasonable, but the toilet seat was broken and the staff said it would be fixed the next day, which never happened, making it hard to sit on the toilet.

The TV cable didn’t work, and he kept trying to fix it; I got sick of seeing the manager or owner live on the property, and I’m not there to get the TV fixed constantly, geez. Everything they didn’t pay for their cable was off.
