“Scammers”

I don’t like this place; it’s a scam. The hotel was already closed for 7 months, yet the listing is still active. The contact number is dead and there’s nothing at the address, so there’s no point booking. After confirming my reservation, they never refunded my money and never reached out. The agents and customer service officer didn’t help with a refund. I told them twice that there was nothing there, but they still denied my refund request. I can’t understand why this hotel is still on the app, why no action is taken against this scam. It was a terrible experience and I won’t use this app again. Read carefully and save your money.

“This hotel is scam!!!!!!!”

This hotel is a scam and I lost money. I couldn’t find the hotel, lost money, and couldn’t reach the property. I asked for a full refund but received no reply.

I made the booking and went to the location, tried to contact the number no response. The Hotel at the location claimed that this was a different place and sent me elsewhere. Once again, that property didn't exist at the new location; finally, I made a booking on the spot and stayed. Overall, I feel this is a scam property, and should not promote it.
