We didn’t like anything because we couldn’t even get into the hotel—it was closed, and you didn’t even have the courtesy to warn us in advance. I had booked in March, and the surprise when we arrived was that the hotel was shut down. I find it scandalous that you didn’t bother to tell me beforehand. We had to sleep in the car that night; I’ll inform my lawyer and sue for lack of information.
Apart from the price, there was not much. The condition was unbelievably worn out and the hygiene was mediocre.
The establishment was closed. I’m waiting for a refund! We were on vacation for a short time and I firmly expect a refund. We were stranded with a broken car, walked to find the closed hotel. It’s a scandal that the reservation was charged while the place had been closed for a while… When can I see the refund?
