Cómo valoran los huéspedes el hotel, aspecto por aspecto.
The breakfast was very complete and the food delicious. The location is good, allowing drinks and food to be brought to the pool area, which is very pretty and the water temperature is very pleasant.

The hotel is fine for a few days, nothing more. The room and bathroom are large with a terrace. The staff are friendly and the pool is impressive. Elevator. Breakfast is good, though a bit crowded at certain times. It’s in the middle of Santa Cruz de Huatulco, a good area to explore the bays, which was my case. In some aspects the hotel needs renovation. Also it’s a bit pretentious to advertise sea‑view rooms when you can’t see the sea from any spot in the hotel (there are tennis courts and another hotel in the middle). If that matters to you, don’t choose it.
