Location and parking. Only 1 pillow per person. Tried to charge extra for milk in my coffee

Some of the staff need to improve their friendliness.

The location had several shops within walking distance, but parking was a hassle because we had to keep walking to the front to be let into the lot; it would help to have a constant attendant, and there was heavy traffic at all hours of the night.
