“I wouldn’t recommend the home for families with small children, this is a floating home, on a very deep lake.”

The view is amazing—worth a million dollars! I didn’t realize from the description that I was renting a floating house, so my kids got motion sickness and the trip was really uncomfortable. The facilities are not great; I wouldn’t cook there. The toilet doors can’t be locked. The biggest shock was the roughly 100 stairs we had to climb to reach the house—hard for anyone with mobility issues or heavy luggage. I also rented the house for a fishing rod, but there’s no fish to catch, so don’t expect that.

“O locatie extraordinara”

The location is superb, which is why we’ll definitely come back. The hosts greeted us at the site, showed us around, and provided everything needed for a worry‑free stay—from tableware and kitchen supplies to cleaning products, paddle boards, and fishing gear. They’re very responsive and answer messages or calls quickly. They even offered to help with our luggage considering the stairs to the site. Parking is available on the street. The rooms are spacious and the terrace (sundeck) is a bonus compared to other places. We felt wonderful. Thank you. I would suggest adding a dryer, an iron, and a floor towel in the shower bathroom.

A wonderful spot, clean, with an extraordinary view and very friendly owners. We’ll definitely return; we really liked it!
