The interior design is modern, the room is clean with all the necessary facilities, and the location is great—close to the main street and a short walk from the beach—so I rate it 9.0/10. However, the bathroom and toilet doors and walls are see‑through, so someone inside can be seen from anywhere in the room.

The room was excellent, clean, very comfortable, fully equipped, and had beautiful, elegant details. There’s a lobby‑style common area where you can grab complimentary items like coffee, hot tea, or desserts. Access is shared with other guests, which is typical for any hotel. I found the room outstanding. It’s also very close—10‑15 minutes on foot—to the marina or the ferry terminal, making it highly accessible. However, although Raggio di Sole is in a great spot within Maiori, the town itself offers very few activities and limited dining options. At times it feels quite lonely or dim, so it’s better to visit nearby villages such as Minori or Ravello, which are about 15‑20 minutes by car or motorcycle away.

The Maiori location was perfect: just 10 minutes from the port and less than 5 minutes from the restaurants. The room was lovely, stocked with treats and a delicious cake! The only caveat is that it’s for couples only and has a glass bathroom, which we didn’t mind but should have been mentioned.
