The staff were ultimately friendly, and after searching and switching rooms they even cooked for me; I was very satisfied overall, though I’m not sure if that was the owner. I arrived a bit late to the destination, everything was black and no one was home. I got to another place through the neighbors, which was fine. I have no idea if it was the same owner, but it was odd that the correct destination was close while I had booked there.

I loved everything, from Gaudy’s attention days before my stay; she kept me updated via messages, guided me through everything, and even helped with transportation rental. The place is simple, but it has everything needed for a good time.

They start a venture and make a great effort to serve people. The courtesy and attention from the staff were very important. It’s a bit rustic, but that doesn’t take away from everything good around it and its owners.

The location was excellent, right in front of the lake and overlooking Maderas Volcano, with Ojo de Agua and Playa Mangos nearby; the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly.
