Absolutely appalling experience. The property was in an unacceptable condition, and despite providing photographs and raising a complaint, the owner is still refusing to issue a refund. I have also been made aware of the situation. I would not recommend staying here and would strongly advise others to think twice before booking. A very disappointing experience and extremely poor customer service. Fresh blood, unwashed bedsheets from previous guests. HEALTH AND SAFETY HAZARD!!! Dirt and grime cover this entire property. Disgrace of a property.

Location to the park I was going to a festival in. Room shown was a double bed and sofa bed. Once got there room only had a double bed in

The spot was well priced and located nicely, but it wasn’t very clean and the bedroom doors should have locks.
