Comfortable and fair price. They changed my booking somewhere else at 3pm before check in due to overbooking. Sent me a pin that was inaccurate and wasn't easy to find. Breakfast was included but the restaurant was still closed at 8.55 am when I went to check. They told me later the restaurant opened at 9 am. In summary not great overall

I had a paid reservation from a few months ago, but when I arrived the hostel told me that Booking had duplicated my booking and they were full. The hostel staff found me a nearby alternative accommodation. The Booking reservation policy is totally unacceptable and makes me seriously consider never booking with them again.

Nothing; I couldn’t access the room because it wasn’t available during the allotted time.

The location is good and the place is pleasant, but the only issue is the noise from a washing machine at night, which is super unpleasant and a real disappointment. The noise from the washing machine at night is the problem.

I liked the quiet setting, but the distance from food and drink spots was a real pain. Breakfast was a mess: at 8.30 I still hadn’t seen anything, the breakfast area opened at 8.00, and I only got a cup of coffee at 8.30—no breakfast at all, so I missed it. Pfff.
