“Excelente custo-benefício e localização.”

Everything was very clean and matched the photos and descriptions. The room had a Nespresso machine, air conditioning and a small TV. Reception staff was exceptional. The only downside is that it’s an old building, so the room had little natural light, and the elevator doesn’t reach the third floor. I would definitely return. The score of 9 reflects these small details that don’t ruin the stay. Comfort in the room is good, the location is excellent, and the value for money is solid.

A quiet hotel just 10 min from the center. Clean and nice polite staff.

“Fantastic, will come back next Biennale, but will make sure to book THE nicer room next time”

A truly fantastic place in a perfect location, walkable distance from the train station, cozy, quiet area, just footsteps away from the Da Vinci museum. The hotel itself has a really nice design and you feel immediately in Venice. The staff is very caring and kind. The only snag was that the 3‑people room we got was not matching the pictures online, which was a disappointment because we were truly thrilled by the high ceiling and decorations and selected this hotel for it. If you can, avoid the top floor room, it has low ceilings, little windows with limited view due to the roof, space in the bathroom is awkward (also due to the roof), and the decoration is more spartan. Staff was kind and offered free breakfast as compensation.

“Super week-end à Venise”

The hotel sits nicely in a quiet neighborhood, the room is roomy with a comfy bed, and there's a lot of charm, but the value for money is on the higher side.

The hotel feels charming, its location is great with a nice view from the window, the price is reasonable, and the staff are polite, yet the single room is small, the bedding was dirty, there was mold in the sink, the toilet bin hadn’t been emptied (an empty deodorant was found), and the bathroom renovation is still unfinished.
