The location was excellent, near the main station and the metro. The bedding was clean and the bed comfortable. However, the room’s cleanliness left a lot to be desired: the floor was sticky, there was dust on the cabinets, and the bathroom needed a refresh.

The location is very good and its proximity to Termini makes it very convenient. The building has an elevator and the entry directions were clear. I’ve stayed at other hostels where rooms were cleaned daily, but that wasn’t the case here. The soap and shampoo supplies weren’t enough for the days we stayed; we didn’t request extras. On the last day we had no water because of a building issue, and the response came long after, and it wasn’t really a solution.

I liked the apartment; they were a bit slow with the instructions for entry but nothing serious. The room and bathroom were very comfortable. The location is good—you can walk to several places because it’s in the center.

I liked the location and the bed was decent. The room photos were misleading; the bathrooms in the pictures were clean and had a different shower, while ours was covered in mold and we didn’t shower during our two‑night stay. I sent the staff a photo of the moldy shower and asked for a fix, they said they'd try, but they never followed up.
