The staff were the best part of the stay, but the rooms and bathrooms need serious attention.

I visited the hotel in 2018 and, based on its cleanliness at the time, I decided to return, only to be shocked by the condition of the rooms and the extremely dirty, old towels; there was no care from the two staff members who took turns at reception. The room was cramped and not cleaned, and they mistakenly thought we didn’t want shampoo or soap, which were of very poor quality. Breakfast was a disaster, with the worst jam, butter, and stale pastries, even the beans seemed cooked a long time ago; overall, it was a terribly bad experience.
