The location is close to Prishtina Mall, and a taxi gets you to Prishtina City quickly; the highway is very near. Everything was okay except that weddings happen here, so expect noise until late at night.

It should have been a spa hotel. The spa was in the basement, dark and cold. The pool was ice‑cold, the steam sauna didn’t work, and the toilet was out of order—“stay out of there.” The whole area smelled bad. No massages were offered. The sauna seemed to work! The description on the booking site didn’t match reality. Few people were at the hotel and the staff seemed to have given up. First and last time for us.

The location is great, right next to the Pristina Mall. The food was good, with a generous breakfast buffet and a nice selection. The pool area is the highlight, and the staff were very friendly—thanks for everything! ❤️ The downside is that the accommodation is quite expensive for what you get. The rooms are not nice; in our 1st room there was a strong odor, and a huge crack was in the mirror/TV. Overall, the rooms look very worn. Not acceptable for the price.
