Very poor, no parking avaliable. Requested a refund, I was told by Reception it had been refunded. Now over 1 month still no refund. They also fail to reply to my card issuer

Not much to say. The location was disappointing and the smell of a nearby Burger King was off-putting.

The place is great, set in a forested area with a high elevation that offers a beautiful view of the town. It’s clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was excellent, featuring items that are rarely offered. I did not appreciate being charged for parking – the hotel sits at the end of a nature road that dead‑ends, with no other options nearby, and the parking lot is exclusive to the hotel, so why charge guests? Another issue, not a complaint about the hotel itself, was that when we decided to stay an extra night and booked directly, the cost was 40 € less than what we paid through the usual channel. This surprised us because we thought we would receive a discounted rate. I’ll be more cautious next time before booking, even though I still love the platform.
