The breakfast was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the view of the mountains was lovely.

The room was stunning, like an alpine cabin, spacious and beautifully decorated. The public transport access was a bit far; you need a bus after leaving the train, and the bus stop is about 10 to 15 minutes walking from the hotel, half of that a fairly steep climb. It’s fine without luggage, but with luggage it’s a bit annoying.

I loved the saunas and the indoor pool. The receptionist at check‑in gave us great information. We also enjoyed the lift tickets and the walking distance from town. No complaints.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel’s location was good, and the price‑quality ratio was excellent. Nothing to criticize.
