The staff were friendly and the breakfast was just nice all round, making the whole experience great – nothing to complain about.

The lady at the desk was great, the room was good, and I liked being on the high floor, but I expected more from a Hilton room; the room and building structure didn’t quite meet that expectation, though I wasn’t disappointed.

The indoor pool was heated, which was nice, but the property feels a little dated, and the bed and blankets weren’t the comfiest, though I usually stay with IHG rather than Hilton so their standard may apply.
