This was the worst hotel ever, listed in your system despite being unhygienic, smelling like pillows, with cockroaches everywhere in the room and toilets, full of cigarette smoke, and they used bathroom towels to clean floors, tables, and toilet pots that we used; I wish I could get a refund. There was nothing to like at all, I was looking for a budget hotel but this was a nightmare; please never stay here, it’s very dirty and unhygienic, using the same crew to clean bedroom floors, lobby, and bathrooms, with dirty pillows, sofa sets, a TV that didn't work, and a fridge that didn't work.
