“It's a lovely, beautiful place, but a bit damp.”
The stay was pleasant, but the old floors creaked and the radio’s antenna was nonfunctional.

Many of the staff were somewhat rude, except for one evening reception lady who was lovely.

Everyone on the staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was delicious with generous portions, and our room had plenty of space. The stairs, however, seemed to have gone several days without being vacuumed.

The prices for food and drinks were tiring.
