Cómo valoran los huéspedes el hotel, aspecto por aspecto.
Our room was well appointed and spacious with a lovely jacuzzi bath, and we loved the spa and the literal wine on tap; the staff were very helpful and attentive. However, the restaurant and café felt disjointed when it came to paying or ordering certain items, as if they were separate entities.

The location, view, and cave experience were wonderful, and the hotel staff were very helpful, but the spa staff were unhelpful and it was hard to get water after the sauna or steam room.

The hotel is huge, featuring a private museum zone, a carpet showcase, indoor and outdoor pools, a spa, a Turkish bath, a sauna, a steam room, and 33 uniquely designed rooms that feel like ancient caves. Two rooftops offer great views and balloon watching, but we missed the main rooftop balloon launch because the weather turned. The staff were very helpful and reachable via WhatsApp at all times.

The view from the hotel to see the air balloons is unbeatable and the exterior looks nice. We missed breakfast on both mornings because it starts at eight, and the packed breakfast sandwich we were offered was cold and unappetizing. The room is just okay—dark, with only a vanity mirror and no other mirror. Noise from people talking and smoking outside our window is constant, and the room was too warm without AC; when we opened the windows two cats entered and then left. It was simply not worth what we paid.

The location is very suggestive, the spa and pool services are good, and the traditional breakfast offers a nice selection of sweet, savory, fruit, and vegetable options. The panoramic terrace is spectacular, and I recommend it. Unfortunately, part of the tower was surrounded by scaffolding due to conservation restoration, but the work caused no disturbance.
