We stayed in a room that didn’t match the photos; I know the staff apologized, but it directly affected our perception. I had never been to Campos do Jordão before and chose to stay further from the forest. When I arrived, the room didn’t offer the view I had hoped for, and that was irreplaceable because I’m not from São Paulo.

The hotel is fantastic, and the reception staff Paulo and Val made us feel truly welcomed. We noticed the hotel was a bit far from the city center, but that didn’t bother us; on our second trip to the center it felt like a “jump”! Just a heads‑up that there’s a short dirt road section, but it’s fine. I’ll definitely book this hotel again when I return to Campos do Jordão.

I loved the place; my mom and I were warmly welcomed by Mrs Mafalda and Mr Paulo, the spot is a bit far from town but I hired an Uber outside and everything worked out, and I’m speechless about the breakfast.

Suite was super comfy, no complaints. The bed was huge and the room was quiet. I slept like a log and woke up refreshed.
