We arrived around 9:30 PM and were met with a relentless clatter from what appeared to be a water‑pressure tank or generator; the two caretaker boys blamed a leak and told us to shut the tap and wait, but the noise persisted and their explanation was misleading. My child stayed half‑asleep all night, and we never got a proper rest. Every time a tap was opened, the motor would roar again. Worse, a power cut was scheduled from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM the next day, and the hotel offered no generator or alternative for guests, despite knowing about it and not informing us beforehand. I was traveling for work, leaving my toddler and mother at the hotel, but they couldn’t stay in a room without AC or even a fan, so I had to abandon work and move them to another hotel by 11:30 AM. Overall, the lack of transparency, poor facilities, and inadequate support made the stay extremely uncomfortable, and I would not recommend the property, especially for families with young children.
