“1 star resort, not worth it”

My stay at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. The poor management and unhelpful staff made me feel like I was a bother to them. The water issues and broken air conditioning only added to my frustration, but what really took the cake was when they prioritized other guests who were on a romantic getaway and ignored our problems. It was clear that our needs were an afterthought.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's overall lack of standout features. Everything about my stay was mediocre, but in a weird way, that made it enjoyable. The hotel's unremarkable rooms and unimpressive services were a welcome change from the usual over-the-top experiences I've had elsewhere. It was a refreshing break from the norm.

“Good property. Facilities and services need to be significantly better for the price”

The hotel's ambience and infrastructure were truly impressive, with clean, cozy, and spacious tents that made me feel right at home. However, my stay was marred by two major issues: I was unable to get hot water in the morning, and I was also unable to get a cup of coffee. These small things really added up and made my stay less enjoyable than it could have been.

On the one hand, the hotel's property was well-organized and spotlessly clean, with a lavish feel that made me feel like I was in a luxury resort. However, the location was a major letdown, with no public transportation or cab facilities available to reach the hotel. To make matters worse, the hotel didn't provide any transportation either, and when I asked for a villa, I was told I could only have a floor in one.
