“Jestem bardzo zadowolony i zamierzam tam wrócić (z większą ekipą).”
I had excellent phone and text contact with the owners, especially with Ms. Ania. I got a smooth early check‑in, could drop off my luggage and head out for a light hike. The location was very convenient, close to Dino and the bus stops for Środkowy and Morawka. Most of the time I was the only guest, so it was very quiet; later more guests arrived but there were no annoying noises from neighboring rooms. The proximity to the road toward Siena was barely noticeable (my room faced that road). A great feature was the garden party house, its equipment, the kitchen‑sanitary junction, and the garden architecture around it: tables, benches, loungers, hammocks, sauna, bathhouse, etc. I also saw the bike garage/workshop – I didn’t use it, but it was well equipped and others often used it. The kitchen had everything needed, including spices, sugar, and coffee. Wall-mounted recuperators in every room supplied fresh air. Towels were changed every 3 days – they were colorful. The bathroom had plenty of space, especially under the shower. There was also a large bathroom heater where you could dry things. In the hallway, many electric shoe dryers were available. Each room had a shelf in the fridge with a sticky room number, plus an under‑cabinet fridge in the room.
The kitchen ventilation failed after someone made popcorn in the microwave – gray smoke lingered for a while and drifted into my room, soaking my clothes. Luckily the recuperator could switch to air‑cleaning mode, but I didn’t know that at the time. The wall recuperator in the room made audible noises at night, similar to a fridge, which disturbed my sleep because I’m sensitive to sounds; I had to use earplugs. It turned out I could turn the recuperator off at night with a remote, which would have solved the issue. My fault – I could have asked.
