This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The front desk staff’s attitude was utterly unacceptable—lacking basic manners, professionalism, and respect. The receptionist’s tone, gestures, and overall demeanor were extremely rude and inappropriate, making the whole stay uncomfortable. Hospitality should start at the reception, and despite the property's beauty, the disrespect ruined everything. I would not recommend staying here under any circumstances.

I left my belongings in my room and had to travel for two days. When I returned, several small items from my underwear and my skincare pouch were missing.

“Ne dînez pas au restaurant sur le roof top.”

The bathroom was very beautiful, but there were no hooks or hangers for clothes and no stool or seat to sit on. A push‑button soap dispenser was on the wall, and no toiletries that are normally offered in a 4‑star hotel were provided.

The suite was spacious and very comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. However, the kitchen in the suite was not properly equipped—there were no cooking utensils, almost no cutlery, and no welcome tea or coffee set upon arrival. For the nightly rate of 2000 dhrs, that’s a minimum, and the large suite alone cannot compensate for the lack of quality service.
