The location was close to the consulate and a shopping plaza, and the staff were friendly, but the housekeeping staff did not clean the room during our stay.

Everything was fine, both good and bad.

The staff overall were very friendly, from the receptionists to the restaurant crew, all very kind; I liked the free transport to the consulate offices, they pick you up and drop you back at the hotel.
