Exceptional breakfast. The owner goes to great lengths to satisfy you. The location is perfect for visiting the city of Coblence (2.5 Kms). Easy to find parking in town. And we enjoy a calm and relaxing place. Maybe a bit more storage space in the rooms.

Clean free drinks from the fridge. Friendly service. No coffee/tea facilities in the room.

The owner was friendly and helpful. The mattresses ranged from medium to firm and didn’t feel saggy; the shower offered free drinking water. I only saw breakfast, but it was small yet nice. I’m sensitive to noise, and the street traffic—buses and fast cars—was too loud; there are no quiet rooms. The rooms felt a bit like a U.S. motel, but everything was present. The price is quite high, though I understand inflation drives costs and winter earnings are lower; a 25 % discount would be reasonable in my opinion.

The staff were super friendly.
