I want to thank the whole lodge team for their care and attention during our stay! Especially Pedro, Felipe, Nisael, Gabriel, and Esther, who were extremely helpful, attentive, and made all the difference. Everything at the lodge is wonderful, from breakfast to the main dishes at Salsa restaurant. Everything is prepared with great care, quality, and love. The overall experience was amazing! Congrats to the whole team and thank you for making our stay so special 😊 We’ll definitely come back! ❤️

The breakfast staff were very helpful and attentive, the food was good even though it took a bit to arrive. The bar service was very slow and bad, and the cleaning staff left a dirty plate outside the room for two days, which was disappointing. I feel the price was too high for what was offered.

The reception girls were very friendly and the facilities were great, but the restaurant staff on the south side were unprepared, had poor communication with the bar team, and couldn't tell us what was available; also the rooms were missing glasses.
