Air‑conditioned rooms feature warm‑toned, classic décor, cable TV, work desks, private bathrooms and refrigerators. Breakfast is served in the lobby bar; four conference halls accommodate meetings. A shopping centre with bowling, cinema and concert hall lies 50 m away, with city centre 15 minutes by car.

Huge comfortable bed, tidy rooms, courteous staff, the hotel is 10 minutes walk from the riverside, shops/restaurants are within walking distance, there is a reasonably comfortable refuge on the -1 floor. The only downside was a lonely inhabitant of a cramped aquarium at the front desk 😢.

I liked that there were free storage lockers, which was very handy when I came for a two‑day break so I didn’t have to take all my stuff to the beach. The staff were friendly, answered all questions, explained things, and even managed to check me in early. The downside was that when I booked, I only had one room available, and a day before arrival I received a message from the hotel saying I could use breakfast. When I checked in, I found out that breakfast was actually paid (the message didn’t mention this), and that there are rooms with breakfast and without. It was disappointing because I had already assumed it was included in the room rate and that I could have breakfast at the hotel without extra cost, but the reception told me that the booking message is the same for everyone and is sent automatically. That was very upsetting.

The request for a lower floor was fulfilled without any problems during check‑in. From the road I had to buy a 0.5 L bottle of water at the mini‑bar for 50 UAH. When I asked about slippers in the room, they quickly responded and brought two pairs of slippers and two bottles of water as a complimentary gesture. It was very pleasant. Cleanliness was on par. The gel shampoo was cool and convenient. The reception’s response to calls was instant. The location is great, just like for Arkadiya. It’s far from the noise and not too far from the sea. The sound‑proofing is good compared to other hotels. There is a shelter. The area is well maintained. The only negative was the American shower with a short shower head and the water didn’t drain properly in the shower, and there were stains on the carpeted flooring.

I like the staff, organization, and cleanliness. The kitchen food is tasty.
