The location is fantastic if you want a calm, quiet place to rest, and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful! The pool with lounge chairs is perfect for a relaxing moment; I spent a 2‑week stay that was simply fantastic, the rooms were clean, air‑conditioned and the bed very comfortable with a large bathroom. In short, a perfect hotel for your vacation. The breakfast options were limited, and sometimes the TV channels didn’t work.

The peace and terrace were nice, and the concierge Francis was friendly and helpful. However, there was no hot water in the room, no cabinets or coat hooks in the room or shower, no mirror in the room or bathroom, and the TV only had YouTube, no Canal subscription.

The location, surroundings, and everything nearby were great; Francis, that helpful young man, took care of us, and the young woman who worked with him was very kind and always ready to answer questions. My husband and I decided we’d like to return if possible.

Thanks to the amazing JADE staff who were discreet and very attentive throughout my stay, providing many small services that I appreciate. The room was very comfortable and the pool was enjoyable. There was no hot water in the shower, but it wasn’t essential. Prices were high for Côte d’Ivoire, but presumably standard for Assinie.
